My Story

I'm a video producer, writer, editor, and photographer based in Brooklyn, New York. I currently produce and write branded content for Warner Bros. Discovery while also running Her Lens, my independent production practice focused on documentary, branded, and short-form storytelling. I'm passionate about creating work that helps people feel seen, brings communities together, and celebrates the many ways people experience the world.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Television, Film, and New Media from San Diego State University, I began my career at LinkedIn Learning, where I worked both on set and in post-production, supporting educational content viewed by millions around the world. During the pandemic, I launched Her Lens, building a production business that allows me to write, produce, shoot, and edit projects from concept through final delivery.

Since then, my work has taken me from documenting the landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park to filming Brooke Does Everything's record-breaking skateboard journey across America for Red Bull and Wings for Life. Whether I'm developing a branded campaign, producing a documentary, or creating social-first content, I'm most fulfilled by telling stories that create connection and leave people feeling a little more understood than they did before.

Alongside filmmaking, I run Heramics, my ceramics business rooted in creativity, community, and self-expression. I teach at Maison Clay in Brooklyn and have previously taught at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and studios throughout California. Whether I'm behind a camera or at a pottery wheel, I believe making something with your hands creates space for curiosity, conversation, and connection. It's the philosophy that guides everything I create.

"Annamarie was an incredible partner to work with and brought both creativity and professionalism to every stage of the project. She demonstrated a strong understanding of branding and storytelling, and thoughtfully captured the mission and spirit of JTNPA in a way that felt authentic, engaging, and impactful. The final video she created beautifully highlighted both the work we do with the park and the community we serve.

In addition to her creative talent, Annamarie navigated both internal collaboration and external-facing platforms with ease. Kore Brown

CEO at Clover

Working with Annamarie on Clover Healing Collective’s promo video was a wonderful experience. As a holistic therapy practice, it was important to us that our brand feel authentic, grounded, and approachable, and Annamarie captured that beautifully through both storytelling and high-quality visuals. She took the time to truly understand our vision and helped us communicate our brand voice in a clear and compelling way. As therapists, being on camera and thinking like marketers didn’t come naturally to us, but her warmth, humor, and guidance made the process feel easy and comfortable. She was organized, professional, collaborative, and a joy to work with from start to finish, and we’re incredibly happy with the final video.
